A manager’s strength lies in structuring work, controlling processes, and ensuring that the tools, time, and talent are applied effectively. Management keeps the gears of an organization turning smoothly.
The key insight is that leadership focuses on who people are becoming and why they act, while management focuses on what gets done and how. Both are vital. Without leadership, a team may lack direction and shared values. Without management, even the most inspired team can struggle to deliver results.
